Nintendo Wii released in 2006 and it took the gameing industri with storm, because of it's intuative way of playing games, where the controllers was move controlled.with it's wireless controllers. The Wii Console was not the most powerfull console, but it sold really well. mostly because of it being so family friendly and fun! The Nintendo Wii System is also backwards compatible, so if you had a Gamecube controller, and gamecube games, you can use it with the wii system.
